我宣布試辦對俄免簽 俄代表處：歡迎
外交部今天宣布，即日起試辦俄羅斯國民來台14天免簽證措施，莫斯科台北經濟文化協調委員會今天表示，歡迎這一步，希望能減輕俄羅斯公民來台的負擔，並且促進人文交流的發展。
外交部表示，中華民國政府為進一步推廣國內觀光，增進俄羅斯國民對台灣的認識與瞭解，以及提升台俄經貿投資關係，決定針對觀光、商務、探親、參展考察及國際交流等目的來台的俄羅斯國民試辦給予14天的免簽證待遇，試辦期間自今年9月6日至明年7月31日，屆時將依實施成效及相關實施情形決定是否延長辦理。
莫北協表示，從今天起暫實施俄羅斯公民以旅遊、商務、文化交流、私人等目的前往台灣14天的免簽證措施，他們歡迎這一步，希望能減輕俄羅斯公民來台的負擔，並且促進人文交流的發展。
